If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us and we’ll see what’s going on.
If you’ve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.

If you think you might not be in when your order is delivered, you’ve got two choices:
- You can choose beforehand to have your order delivered to another address
- You can ask the delivery driver to leave it somewhere safe if you’re not there
To change your delivery address, simply enter the new address before you complete checkout – such as your work address, or a friend’s house.
To leave delivery instructions in case you’re not in, just complete the optional ‘Add delivery instructions’ box in the Delivery Options section at checkout. You can say things like ‘leave it in the shed’ or ‘leave it with my neighbour at number 12’.
To make things easy, you can store several different delivery addresses in My Account. Just make sure you select the right one when you’re checking out.
Yes. Just make sure that there’s someone there who can accept the delivery for you – the couriers deliver to the address and not to the person.
You can’t change your delivery address for an order you’ve already made. That’s why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.
If you change your delivery address in My Account after you’ve made an order, your new address won’t apply until your next order.
Your delivery times are given in working days (Mon-Fri). Public holidays aren’t counted as working days, so you’ll need to add an extra day to your estimated delivery times.
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any unsuitable items, in their original condition. Items must be returned with a valid dispatch note or order number.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
You have 20 days from receipt of goods to return full-priced items for a refund to your original payment method. Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us you will have 14 days to return the product to us
Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt and hold onto this until your refund has been processed.
The return is at your own expense, we do not provide a prepaid return label.
1. We cannot offer exchange or refunds if the original packaging has been removed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Unfortunately, unless the product is faulty, we are unable to accept returns, or provide a refund, for personalised and perishable goods.
3. Exchanges can not be made via a return to the Warehouse.
4. Sale items purchased online can be fully refunded by post or in store by notifying us within 10 days of receiving the goods. Once you have notified us you will have 10 days to return the product to us.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
